Return & Refund Policy
Items purchased from “YACHTAIRCONDITIONING.NET” may be returned for a refund for up to 14 days after the date of shipment or purchase. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Open boxes will be accepted only if all the original components are included ans unused. This policy does not apply to any item that has been assembled, installed, used or rented. Damaged or defective items must be documented as such by the returns department prior to returning to be accepted for credit or replacement. All new returns will be processed for merchandise only (net of any shipping & charges paid to “YACHTAIRCONDITIONING.NET”) and are subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.
A new return authorization number must be issued by the Returns Department and written clearly on the packaging to ensure proper credit. To request a new return authorization, please email yachtairconditioning@gmail.com.
You are responsible for the return of the merchandise to “YACHTAIRCONDITIONING.NET”. Be sure to properly package your item(s) in order to prevent damage in shipping. “YACHTAIRCONDITIONING.NET” recommends using an insured carrier with a reliable tracking system to return your merchandise. Please retain the tracking number in the event of any loss or damage during shipping. “YACHTAIRCONDITIONING.NET” is not responsible for return shipping costs, any goods lost or damaged in transit to our facility.
